How’s this for a bucket list adventure!

Join Brindabella and it's professional crew as we compete in the 75th Adelaide to Port Lincoln Yacht Race.

Race starts at 3pm on Friday 21st February 2025 and is 160 nautical miles so we will be sailing into the night & next morning.

Brindabella will need to exit her pen at the RSAYS at 10.30am due to tides on the 21st.

What is included:

You will join our professional crew for the duration of the race.

You will be invited to team training sessions, at least one full day and night sail prior.

You will be fully inducted and trained in Brindabella’s sailing and safety systems, processes & procedures.

You will be provided with a bespoke team shirt.

We will feed you whenever you are onboard Brindabella.

What’s not included:

Brindabella has scheduled public charters whilst in Port Lincoln and a Private booking for the journey home. You will need to find your own accommodation for your stay in Port Lincoln plus your own way home. We will finish the race some time on Saturday (early morning we hope).

You will need to provide your own wet weather, warm night apparel as you will be on deck for the majority of the journey.

If you are a member of an Australian Sailing Club and have an Australian Sailing number this must be provided when booking, alternatively Port Lincoln Yacht Club offer a membership for the race at $150. Details of how to do this can be sent to you post booking however a sailing number must be provided well before the race.

 

This will be the first time Brindabella competes in the Adelaide to Lincoln race and her first race in almost 7 years, we have received a lot of media enquiries already surrounding our announced participation and expect more in the lead up to the race.
